The families Cypress is built for share four characteristics.

Cypress is a private membership program. Admission is selective by design. The criteria below are the qualifying threshold for an introductory conversation. They are not a sales filter -- they are a description of the families for whom the program is designed.

  1. Residential real estate holdings of $25 million or greater in total replacement value.

    One primary residence, or a portfolio of residences. We work with families whose property holdings exceed what the conventional market is built to handle.

  2. A clean claims history of five or more years.

    Cypress works with families whose underwriting profile is genuinely superior. The membership reflects that.

  3. Documented risk mitigation and property maintenance standards.

    Properties are protected by the standards their owners apply to them. Members maintain rigorous mitigation practices and can document them.

  4. Accredited investor status.

    Participation is offered under Regulation D, Rule 506(b). Verification is part of the admission process.
